March 27, 2019 – Mattamy Homes is pleased to announce the launch of commercial development at RiverTown, the company’s award-winning and highly sought-after master-planned community along the St. Johns River, in St. Johns County, Florida.

The commercial amenities will be a retail shopping center anchored by a 54,000 square foot Publix supermarket with a drive-thru pharmacy, adjacent retail shops and outparcels. Publix is currently working through St Johns County’sdevelopment process.
