Lisa Lampron Named Southeast Regional Sales Director at Purchasing Power

Feb. 6, 2019 – Lisa Lampron has been named Southeast Regional Sales Director at Purchasing Power, LLC, one of the fastest-growing voluntary benefit companies offering a leading employee purchase program through the convenience of payroll deductions. Lampron will relocate from Seattlewhere she served as the company’s northwest regional sales director, to Ft. Lauderdale, FL, assuming sales responsibilities covering the U.S. southeast territory. She will continue to report to Christy DeFrain, vice president, sales for Purchasing Power.


In her transplanted role, Lampron remains responsible for strategic sales efforts directed toward benefit brokers and the targeted employer clients they represent. She is charged with building new broker segments to generate lasting business relationships representing the Purchasing Power program and its financial flexibility advantages for employees. Lampron’s sales activity will be targeted to FloridaGeorgiaSouth CarolinaTennesseeMississippi and Alabama.

Prior to joining Purchasing Power in July 2017, Lampron built an extensive background in employee benefits sales, including life, dental, disability and worksite products. She began her benefits career with Unum as a national account claims consultant based in Portland, ME, while simultaneously working towards a bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s College in Windham, ME. Her sales career led her to South Florida and back to her roots in the Pacific Northwest with advancing roles representing The Standard Insurance Co., MetLife and AFLAC’s Group Sales divisions. Her primary focus has been on regional and national accounts, earning her a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs and challenges that large organizations face when it comes to their employee benefit offerings.

Lampron is a licensed agent for Life, Health & Variable Annuities in six states, a certified facilitator with Kaset International, a diversity facilitator with the Anti-Defamation League and a member of Saving Great Animals, which fosters dogs until they find forever families.
