Crock-Pot® recently stepped into the pressure cooking space with the release of the Crock-Pot® 6-Quart Express Crock Multi-Cooker, which combines the functions of a pressure cooker, slow cooker, and steamer, with the ability to brown and sauté. As a result of consumer excitement for the Express Crock, the brand expanded its pressure-cooking portfolio in late 2018 with the launch of the 4-Quart and 8-QuartExpress Crock models.

“I thought I had used every time-saving appliance available until I tried the Crock-Pot® Express Crock Multi-Cooker,” said Gerry Speirs, food photographer and founder of food blog Foodness Gracious. “The meals that I can prepare in a third of the time have helped immensely with weeknight family dinners and the results have been amazing. I never knew how simple it would be to make dishes like Baked Apples or Lamb Casserole in just one pot.”

The new cookbook showcases a variety of great tasting dishes that can be made in the Express Crock, ranging from Mexican Chocolate Lava Cake and Banana Walnut French Toast to Vegetable Biryani and Chicken Coconut Korma. All Express Crock models offer the ability to cook meals up to 70% faster than traditional cooking, making mealtime easier than ever before.

The Crock-Pot® Express Crock Multi-Cooker comes in 4-Quart6-Quart and 8-Quartmodels and is available for purchase nationwide at retailers including Target, Walmart, Best Buy and Crock-Pot.com.
