Aug. 28, 2018 – P.F. Chang’s is opening in Gainesville on Monday, September 3 at the Butler Town Center at SW 35th Place & 32ndCourt. The brand is showing its true blue and orange colors with a hand-painted, one-of-a-kind 650-square-foot wall mural featuring a mythical alligator with a never-ending tail. P.F. Chang’s is also rooting for local beer makers by featuring three top microbrews made in Gainesville: First Magnitude 72 APA, First Magnitude Vega Blonde Ale, and Swamp Head Big Nose IPA, plus one made in Tampa: Cigar City Jai Alai IPA.
Farm to Wok® is P.F. Chang’s food philosophy, which means everything is cooked from scratch, every day in each restaurant across the world. The Gainesville Farm to Wok® menu will feature P.F. Chang’s signature made-from-scratch dishes, hand-rolled dumplings and sushi, desserts, and custom cocktails made with fresh-squeezed juices, as well as microbrews, and an extensive wine list to complement every dish.

The 5,600-square-foot restaurant is employing more than 160 people and will be open seven days a week for lunch, happy hour and dinner with dine in, carry out, delivery and catering service. P.F.
