March 20, 2018 – Dynamite Fitness is excited to be the first to bring the Internet craze “Bungee Dance Fitness” to the Orlando area – taking it to the next level with a custom designed harness and bungee system. The studio currently offers Bungee Movement & Fitness classes, TRX, Aerial Yoga, and Zumba. Classes are available throughout the week as well as a FREE Bungee Fundamentals class on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month. This new boutique style gym is revolutionizing fitness and bringing the fun back to workouts.
ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, Tiffany Roby, puts fitness in flight with her revolutionary new Bungee Fitness program. She developed a harness unlike anything on the market. It is specifically designed to be comfortable, ergonomic and allow people of all skill levels and body types to push themselves through unique combinations of resistance-based cardio boot camp and dance-based exercises. It allows them to tap into a playful weightlessness that lets them perform exercises that were maybe once too difficult.

Alternately, join TRX certified trainers for TRX; a full body workout system that utilizes special equipment and techniques developed by a former U.S. Navy SEAL. If you like to keep it low and zen, then try “Aerial Yoga Flex”—a twist on traditional yoga that focuses on strengthening and flexibility. Whether you are a beginner or an expert in the gym, Dynamite Fitness has something for you. All classes are designed for everyone, no matter your size, speed or ability.
