ProcessMAP’s solution will provide Bluegreen Vacations with data automation and advanced analytics for more informed, real-time decision making to ensure world-class guest services.
With almost 50 unique resorts and several other vacation experience divisions, Bluegreen Vacations was looking for a comprehensive enterprise platform to more efficiently capture internal metrics to enhance the guest experience. ProcessMAP’s solutions will provide accountability and transparency to ensure safety and operational compliance across Bluegreen Vacations’ resorts. ProcessMAP’s mobile platform will help eliminate manual processes including incident reporting, quality and internal inspection, and audits, among others. With ProcessMAP, Bluegreen’s Corporate Sustainability Team will be empowered to track corporate sustainability metrics to better manage and achieve internal and external CSR reporting goals and obligations.
