In an effort to continue Avesta’s mission to give people a home where they can live abundantly, Avesta Communities Management Platform will offer their proven capabilities of superior resident retention, financial reporting, and investment performance to third party owners.
A proven operator, Avesta manages over $1 billion in assets and nearly 11,000 apartment homes across Florida, Texas, and Colorado. Avesta serves nearly 30,000 residents through their team of over 300. After successfully operating as a third party manager for existing investment partners, Avesta will begin actively marketing this service to all owners and future buyers of multifamily communities.
