A proven operator, Avesta manages over $1 billion in assets and nearly 11,000 apartment homes across FloridaTexas, and Colorado.  Avesta serves nearly 30,000 residents through their team of over 300.  After successfully operating as a third party manager for existing investment partners, Avesta will begin actively marketing this service to all owners and future buyers of multifamily communities.

“We wanted to expand our reach by offering the Avesta experience and service to more residents.  Through the Avesta Communities Management Platform, all owners will be able to utilize our management expertise and institutional purchasing power to reduce costs and enhance returns.  Out of state and institutional owners will get local market specialists from a proven operating team,” says Avesta Communities CEO Dan French.

Led by industry veteran Clint Miller, Avesta Communities Management Platform operates in Florida but plans to quickly increase scale to offer services in all of Avesta’s markets.  “We are thrilled to offer Avesta’s resident focused business culture to all property owners,” says Clint.  “Our process is proven to improve resident retention and grow NOI.  Our purchasing power helps reduce redevelopment costs.  Our proprietary intelligence platform ensures timely and accurate information to fix problems quickly and maximize efficiency.”

Residents at communities managed under this program will receive the same living experience and customer service that has made Avesta communities so successful across the country.  “If we manage it, we treat it like it is our own,” says Dan.  The platform will also provide owners access to Avesta’s proprietary talent management processes which have most recently earned Avesta recognition by FORTUNE and Great Place to Work as a 2017 “Best Medium Workplace,” ranking in the top 20 nationally.
