June 7, 2017 – Law Firm 500 Award applications and nominations are now being accepted to honor the fastest growing law firms in the United States. Firms that have experienced high velocity growth over a 12, 24 or 36-month period will want to apply at www.LawFirm500.com/Apply2017/
Law firm owners are required to submit four years of revenue history, and must be a for-profit entity delivering legal services in the United States. The window for entry ends at 11:55 pm on June 30, 2017. Award winners will be notified August 1, 2017. Confidential tabulation is conducted by Kahuna Accounting.
Unprecedented, this is the second year for this legal industry award, which celebrates the hard work, commitment, and strategic vision that it takes to be one of the most successful law firms in the country.
Unlike other legal awards and lists that are seeing an average growth between 1-4%, the 2016 Law Firm 500 Award honorees achieved up to 1500% growth over 36 months. We are already seeing the same exponential growth from 2017 applicants, claims Charlene Brisson, Director of Public Relations for the Law Firm 500 Award & Conference. https://lawfirm500.com/award-honorees/ Honorees serve as a positive example to the legal community that progress is possible in any economic climate.
Law Firm 500 honorees receive recognition for their accomplishments, and will be included in a list of law firms published by industry media outlets, select journals and mentioned by thought leaders.
Winners will be invited to receive their Award at the Gala Banquet during the annual Law Firm 500 Conference October 19-21, 2017 at the Waldorf Astoria in Boca Raton, Florida. This year’s conference keynote speaker is pioneer entrepreneur and Shark Tank investor, Daymond John.
Christopher Anderson, Esq., President of How to Manage a Small Law Firm, Executive Sponsor of the Law Firm 500 Conference and Award Gala, sheds light on the award and the desired contribution it makes in the legal community. “The Law Firm 500 Award celebrates law firm owners who are growing businesses by helping more people more deeply. In counter-point to celebrations of the nation’s largest law firms, the Law Firm 500 puts to bed the debate between law firms as a business and a profession. Clearly, they are both. A well-run law firm business grows by helping more people, more deeply, and that is truly something to celebrate.”
