The company has selected 66 W Flagler, across the street from the Miami-Dade County Courthouse. Flagler Street is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar facelift, as part of a $13 million dollar renovation and beautification project. The area will be improved with new bike racks, enhanced crosswalks, new street lighting, upgraded sidewalks and oak trees. New York investors have been acquiring over $1.8 billion in a real estate buying spree over the past 2 years, in an effort to revamp the area.
