March 22, 2017 – Vericlaim announced that insurance industry veteran Edward Reis has joined the company as president of Vericlaim Repair Solutions, the managed repair network established by the consolidation of First Choice Repair and Diamond Property Loss Solutions.
Reis brings to Vericlaim more than 25 years of experience in the claims arena, as well as expertise in the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategy and employee engagement initiatives. He previously held leadership roles at Farmers, Zurich and Esurance, an Allstate company. Reis earned a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and completed the Insurance Executive Development Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; he also holds professional designations as an Associate in Claims (AIC) and Fraud Claim Law Associate (FCLA).
In his new role, Reis will oversee the Vericlaim Repair Solutions teams based in Jacksonville, Florida, and Elk Grove Village, Illinois. William Breslin, who preceded Reis as president of Vericlaim Repair Solutions, will remain with the company in the role of senior adviser to Vericlaim President Thomas Simoncic.
“With the recent consolidation of the First Choice Repair and Diamond networks under one umbrella, this is an extremely exciting time to be joining the Vericlaim team,” Reis said. “I look forward to working with our colleagues, contractors and clients to make Vericlaim Repair Solutions the nation’s premier managed repair network.”
